The Gulfside Trail is a great way to get there, but be aware that the path is almost nonstop boulders which, if you can't step quickly and lightly over them, turn a 5 hour walk into a 8 hour nightmare

Beautiful views on a clear day. The weather is much different at the summit than the base. Very windy and cold bring a hoodie. A must see if passing through the region. Allow 3 hours to enjoy the trip

We went on perfect weather conditions. It took us 2h50 to climb up by Lion's head. After a 40min break, we went down by Tuckerman's ravine in 2h10, for a total of 5h40. I recommend the same trails!!!

A wonderful place for those of us who partake in transoceanic ionospheric radio wave propagation as a hobby. ????

Bizarre hiking experience to hike a giant mountain and then wind up at a summit flooded with tourists and a gift shop. View, when you can see it, can't be beat.

The summit road is pretty sketchy. And make sure you have some rain gear too, the weather gets pretty wild at the top.
